This was a gift for a coworker who lost a parent. She loved it! I did reach out to the seller before it shipped to add a gift message, which they said they would add. My coworker said the card inside was blank. I was a little disappointed in that. But I would buy from this seller again.

The item I ordered did not arrive in a timely manner and was a birthday gift. The item was shipped out promptly but did not receive promptly due to USPS. Contacted seller and was told if not delivered in 10 business days they would send out a replacement. It arrived on the 10th business day. Seller may want to ship by another carrier in the future. The seller was very pleasant and accommodating. This item was a birthday gift and the recipient loved it! Thanks for great customer service!
