I was happy with the quality of the product. I was not happy with the condition of the product when it arrived. Part of it was sticking out of the box and damaged. There wasn’t any protective wrap around the product at all. I was sent a replacement and it too arrived with a small part of the product sticking out of the box and slightly bent. We were able to straighten it without damaging the finish. You need to rethink your packaging.
The gift was exactly as shown and packaged better than I could have ever done on my own. It also arrived faster than I thought. All around, wonderful, easy experience.
