Matt answered all my questions and made sure I received when promised. It was packaged well so I did not open to look as I was giving it to the newlyweds parents to carry back from the US to Australia. They loved ot and said it was well made and just perfect for the cowboy bride.

Although it arrived undamaged and on time, item was not shipped in suitable material. It was in a lightweight envelope with a piece of cardboard inside. Since the product was a fragile light metal, custom, laser-engraved gift costing over $75, it should have been packaged better.
